DWA is proud to say we re-opened July 2020 and have not had a Covid outbreak due to our rigorous sanitation and safety guidelines for our students and staff. Our Covid sanitation and safety guidelines have kept all our in house students safe and healthy throughout the season.
To attend in-person classes I attest that:
I am not experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
I have not traveled internationally within the last 14 days.
I have not traveled to a highly impacted area within the United States of America in the last 14 days.
I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the /COVID-19.
I have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 and not yet cleared as non contagious by state or local public health authorities.
I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the COVID-19.
COVID-19 Studio Policies:
At this time masks are OPTIONAL for all dancers and faculty.
Students need to apply the hand sanitizer before entering and while exiting the studio.
Students must carry their own bottle or cup for drinking water - no sharing drinks.
The lobby is has reopened; parents are still recommended to drop-off and pick-up dancers instead of waiting in the lobbies during classes.
Students with a temperature above 100.4 will not be allowed into the studio.
Our fully vaccinated instructors and staff will:
Clean/Disinfect frequently touched surfaces thoroughly and at regular intervals.
Wash/Sanitize our hands before and after each session.
Utilize the air purifiers in each studio.
Provide sanitizers in the reception area and other locations within the premises.
